Professor Gabriel Emerson has left his position at the University of Toronto to embark on a new life with his beloved Julianne. Together, he’s confident that they can face any challenge. And he’s eager to become a father.
But Julianne’s graduate program threatens Gabriel’s plans, as the pressures of being a student become all consuming. When she is given the honor of presenting an academic lecture at Oxford, Gabriel is forced to confront her about the subject of her presentation – research that conflicts with his own. And in Oxford, several individuals from their past appear, including an old nemesis intent on humiliating Julia and exposing one of Gabriel’s darkest secrets.
In an effort to confront his remaining demons, Gabriel begins a quest to discover more about his biological parents, beginning a chain of events that has startling repercussions for himself, Julianne, and his hope of having a family
Oh…Gabriel Emerson knows how to make a girl swoon! I’d have a little “spring roll” with him anytime!
The conclusion to one of the most romantic books I’ve read, could not have been written any better! I was thrilled how Gabriel and Julia’s story ended. This book made me smile and laugh.
“Argyle is sexy..“
What I love about Gabriel’s Redemption is that married life for the Professor and Julia was not perfect (close to it, but not perfect!). There was an adjustment for the newlyweds–they both discovered a little about themselves and each other, and it was a journey that these two were determined to take together. Gabriel’s Redemption was filled with many surprises and tied up a lot of lose ends from the past two books–it was a bonus to read those parts!
And don’t worry, our favorite side characters we LOVE TO HATE were back. Yep, Paul (the Angelfucker) and Christa (no words can describe this wench!) are back to cause some trouble. Even though it took some work and patience, Gabriel and Julia were much stronger to not let anyone or anything break up their love.
““Your love makes me brave.”
I’m sad to know their story has ended, but happy that they had their HEA! The Professor and Julia have one of the most beautiful love story ever.
**ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review
