With his tight leather pants and a sharp edge that makes him dangerous, Jet Keller is every girl’s rock and roll fantasy. But Ayden Cross is done walking on the wild side with bad boys. She doesn’t want to give in to the heat she sees in Jet’s dark, haunted eyes. She’s afraid of getting burned from the sparks of their spontaneous combustion, even as his touch sets her on fire.
Jet can’t resist the Southern Belle with mile-long legs in cowboy boots who defies his every expectation. Yet the closer he feels to Ayden, the less he seems to know her. While he’s tempted to get under her skin and undo her in every way, he knows firsthand what happens to two people with very different ideas about relationships.
Will the blaze burn into an enduring love. . . or will it consume their dreams and turn them to ashes?

Asian Chick, Karmen’s Review of Jet

Jet Keller, a rock star with tight pants and all kinds of temptation–who can’t resist that! The book starts out with Ayden throwing her drunk self onto Jet, but being rejected by him. An embarrassed Ayden walks away thinking Jet has no interest in her. But it’s far from the truth, Jet is attracted to her, but just doesn’t think he is good enough for her. Then jump to almost a year later–Jet, Ayden and Cora (love that girl) are roomies, and the attraction between the two is still there. But Jet, the typical rock star, has groupies in and out and Ayden, who is trying to be someone she’s not, is dating boring, sweater vest man!
Then finally (FINALLY!), these two decide to get together; to give their relationship a chance. Oh…but it’s not easy. Jet has a few demons himself and Ayden can’t let go of her past (granted, her family is whacked!). So these two ride out a crazy roller coaster of emotions. I wanted to smack some sense into Ayden throughout the book, Jet is nearly the perfect rock star boyfriend–he loves his friends, his job, his passion for music and tried to take care of his ‘ma (again, his family is whacked too!).
But it all does wrap up into a fab HEA, even though it took some serious drama to get there for these two. My favorite part of this book is reading about Rule and Shaw. I loved that their story continued in Jet, and now I can’t wait to get Rome and Cora’s story next. It’s still very mysterious!
White Chick, Jenn’s Review of Jet

This is the story of Jet and Ayden.. Jet being a rocker and Ayden is a student re-inventing herself. We are first introduced to Jet and Ayden in Rule (book 1) and now we got a whole lot more.
The typical roles in a relationship were reversed in this book and I loved it. Jet really had to try hard to get Ayden to let him in. Ayden being Ayden has some serious baggage from her past to get over. I love the interactions of these two both before they got together and after.
There book also had the ability to bring me through a circle of emotions. There were a few times I may have shaken my kindle in the air in frustration and others when I laughed. The ending of this book was my favorite part of this book. Talk about a perfect HEA..this has it and I loved it.
